Default Player of the Year 2009

A real lack of contenders this year, have i missed any one else who could really win it?

If Munster would have played more matches this season he'd have been an option. Thanks DJ

Agree with TCB almost, we havent had a great player all season round, instead we've had Mulgrew in charge the first half, Dougie being the best player since boxing day, but imho we've had Carvill being consistently good/great through most of the season and the name not up there is Garrett whose been consistent.

1. Carvill
2. Dougie
3. Mulgrew
4. Garrett

I'd'ave gone for Mulgrew but he got injured and hasn't really been that great since. So went for Carvill.

Sums it up pretty well for me ourkid. Two many players have only played well in spells this year for whatever reason be it injuries or whatever. Though Curran is definitely worth a mention for his quietly consistent displays if not spectaular.
