Although I personally feel we should be making our coaches full time before any more players you know this is probably not going to happen. So which of our current players do you feel should have their contract "upgraded"?

I have taken players who are 30+ out of the poll, as they will never go full time with us. You can select more than one option in the poll too.

Our current full timers are; Alan Mannus, Michael Gault, Damien Curran, Michael Carvill, Billy Joe Burns, Paul McAreavey, Robert Garrett, Jamie Mulgrew and Matthew Doherty

to be honest i dont think i would sign any of them full time at the minute. Harkness and munster could be candidates if they can prove themselves

Gotta take into account some of the jobs these guys have.Who's gonna give up a half decent job with a pension etc,for a 3 year footballing contract?

On behalf of the Pom poms i propose. A three year full- time deal for Spike with the option of a further extension to blend in with Jeffrey"s future extensions. Plus a life long superannuation payment.

ervin is proven already, especially the clean sweep season,if he can get back to full fitness from his horific injury i feel it will benifit the player and linfield

After witness Paul Munster today I'm not sure full tiem football would improve him. He's useless unless he's in the 6 yard box and the ball falls to him.
